- Monthly Workout Calendar: The Blogilates Workout Calendar provides a monthly exercise plan to help you achieve a lean, toned, and strong body using the Blogilates workout videos. Each day focuses on a different muscle group, ensuring a comprehensive full-body workout. Rest days, cardio days, and strength days are all conveniently scheduled for you, with fresh plans available at the start of each month.
- Motivational Challenges: The app includes several challenges, such as the 100 Ab Challenge and the 100 Glute Challenge, both lasting 30 days. These challenges consist of unique exercises targeting specific areas to flatten abs and shape the glutes. Each challenge provides daily follow-along workout videos led by Cassey to keep you motivated until the very end.

The Body by Blogilates app is free to download and provides immediate access to the complete workout video library. You may choose to sign up for a 7-day free trial to gain access to the monthly workout calendar and all challenges. After the trial period ends, an active subscription is required for ongoing use of the full access features.
Subscription pricing details are as follows:
- Monthly Subscription: $3.99 USD/month
- Annual Subscription: $39.99 USD/year ($3.33 USD/month)
The subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewal is enabled by default but can be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment for each new subscription period will be charged within 24 hours of the current subscription's expiration. You can manage subscriptions and disable automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings.
